You Reach Out
Fill out our quote form, send an email, or give us a call. If you have photos of your current door or the space, send them along—it helps us give you accurate pricing faster.
We Review & Quote
We look at your photos and details. If we spot potential issues (frame damage, non-standard sizing), we tell you upfront. You'll get a written quote with what's included and what would cost extra.
Questions & Adjustments
Have questions about materials, timeline, or warranty? This is when we discuss them. If you want to upgrade hardware or change door style, we adjust the quote.
Deposit & Scheduling
Once you approve the quote, we take a deposit to order materials. We book your install date—usually 2-4 weeks out depending on season. You'll get a confirmation with the date and arrival window.
Install Day
We arrive on time. First thing: floor protection goes down. We remove the old door, prep the frame, install the new door with proper weatherstripping, adjust hardware, and test everything. Typical exterior door takes 2-4 hours. We clean up daily—no mess left behind.
Walkthrough
Before we consider the job done, you inspect everything. We show you how the locks work, explain maintenance, and answer any questions. If something's not right, we fix it before leaving.
Final Payment
Once you approve the work, final payment is due. We accept e-transfer, credit card, or cheque. You get an itemized invoice and warranty documentation.
Follow-Up
If anything needs adjustment after install (seasonal settling, hardware tweaking), call us. We don't disappear after payment. Warranty work is warranty work—we honor it.
